In 2013, our leadership made a strategic decision that would define the next chapter of MCFC: to focus exclusively on corporate office fit-outs.
No more scattered project types. No more divided attention. From that point forward, every resource, every process, and every hire would be oriented around one discipline and one discipline alone.

Today, MCFC has completed over 200 office fit-out projects from 500 sqm start-up offices to landmark 4,900+ sqm regional headquarters for multinational companies. We have delivered more than 100,000 sqm of office space across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Iloilo with a total construction value exceeding ₱2.0 billion.
