01 PLAN

Initial Consultation & Site Assessment

Our team conducts a detailed site visit and technical due diligence of the space identifying existing conditions, building management requirements, PEZA compliance obligations, and any hidden complexities before pricing is finalized.

02 DESIGN & TENDER

Design Development & Vendor Engagement

With a clear brief in hand, our design team develops your space from concept to construction-ready documentation. Simultaneously, our procurement team engages direct vendors, orders long-lead items, and secures competitive pricing on materials and specialist contractors.

Deliverables:

  • Architectural and interior design drawings
  • MEPF design drawings and specifications
  • PEZA permit and vetting plan submissions
  • Material sample board and approved finishes schedule
  • Furniture selection and specification
  • Long-lead item orders placed
  • Direct vendor and specialty contractor engagement

03 EXECUTE

Construction & Fit-Out

This is where plans become places. Our on-site project management team maintains tight schedule control throughout the construction phase tracking every activity, resolving issues in real time, and keeping you informed at every step. Quality checks are built into the process, not bolted on at the end.

Pre-Construction:

  • Vetting plans approved by building management
  • PEZA building permit secured
  • Site mobilisation and hoarding installation

During Construction:

  • Daily on-site project management
  • Schedule control and risk mitigation
  • Direct vendor and specialist contractor coordination
  • Quality control inspections at key milestones
  • Client progress updates and site walkthroughs
  • Testing and commissioning of all MEPF systems

04 CLOSEOUT

Handover & Aftercare

We do not consider a project complete until you are fully settled in. Our closeout process is thorough and methodical ensuring every system works, every snag is resolved, and every document is in your hands before we hand over the keys.

  • User acceptance training on all installed systems
  • PEZA occupancy permit secured
  • Move-in and final acceptance coordination
  • Defects liability period — all snags tracked and resolved
